This is in the oven right now, and mm-mmmm, does it ever smell good! J i'll update after we try it. My mom made it the other week, minus the ranch dressing mix. That's my little improv. But it works in the turkey burgers, so hey, why not in meatloaf, i figure. We shall see. Like i said, i'll update later tonight. Bon appétit!
UPDATE: this was AWESOME!!!!!!!! highly recommend it, give it a whirl. love it love it love it love it love it

Made this for dinner tonight. Only change I made was I made 8 small meat loaves instead of one large one. Easier for my husband to take to work, for lunch, and great to freeze, and take out one at a time to heat up. DELICIOUS!! Loved this recipe! Flavorful, moist, and I loved using the oats instead of bread crumbs, for more fiber. Thanks for sharing it!
